Accenture Song appoints Adam Kerj as the inaugural Chief Creative Officer for Europe

Accenture Song, a company formed earlier this year through the integration of most of the consultancy's creative agencies, has announced new leadership appointments. Adam Kerj, previous head of creative for the Nordic region, has been named as the chief creative officer for Europe.

Jon Wilkins and Liz Wilson, senior leaders within the organization, have been promoted to newly created roles. Kerj, who joined Accenture from McCann World Group in 2018, was responsible for delivering creative projects such as "Cirkulär" for IKEA and "Memory Lane" for Stockholm Exergi.

As the new chief creative officer, Kerj will now oversee and support creative leaders across Europe and drive growth through a creative, technological, and insight-driven approach. He reports to global chief creative officer Neil Heymann.

Notably, Ndidi Oteh, known for her expertise in AI integration, client growth, and human-centered creativity, will take over as CEO of Accenture Song effective September 1. Oteh also joins Accenture’s Global Management Committee as part of her new role.

Nick Law, with prior experience at R/GA, Publicis, and Apple, has been promoted to Accenture Song's creative strategy and experience lead, also joining the Global Management Committee. These appointments signal a strategic shift at Accenture Song towards integration of AI, CRM, customer data, and broader digital transformation capabilities, in line with Accenture’s consultancy model.

In a related move, David Droga, the founding CEO who led the organization since 2021, will step down from the CEO role at the end of the fiscal year to become Accenture’s Vice Chair, taking on a broader strategic role across the entire company.

In his new role as the chief creative officer for Europe at Accenture Song, Adam Kerj will oversee and support creative leaders across Europe, driving growth through a creative, technological, and insight-driven approach, aligning with the company's strategic shift towards integrated AI, CRM, customer data, and digital transformation capabilities in the business sector. With the appointment of Ndidi Oteh as CEO and Nick Law as creative strategy and experience lead, the company is positioning itself for growth in the realm of finance, technology, and business.
