The automotive world is abuzz with the announcement of Cadillac's latest offering, the 2026 VISTIQ. This luxury three-row electric SUV is set to revolutionise the market with its powerful performance, advanced technology, and spacious interior.

Powered by a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive setup that delivers an impressive 615 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, the VISTIQ is poised to offer an estimated range of about 300 miles on a full charge. With a 0-60 mph speed of 3.7 seconds in its Velocity Max mode, the VISTIQ promises electrifying performance that will leave a lasting impression.

In terms of features, the VISTIQ does not disappoint. Seating for up to 7 passengers is available, with the option of second-row bench seats or captain's chairs for a 6-passenger configuration. Advanced driver-assistance technologies such as Super Cruise hands-free driving assist, with capabilities including automatic lane changing and route following on compatible roads, ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

High-tech amenities abound, including night vision (available in Premium Luxury and Platinum trims), an augmented reality head-up display, a 23-speaker AKG Studio audio system with Dolby Atmos®, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot.

Suspension varies by trim, with steel suspension and adaptive dampers featured in the Luxury and Sport trims, and air springs plus rear-wheel steering for enhanced maneuverability in the Premium Luxury and Platinum trims. The VISTIQ boasts a 121.8-inch wheelbase and a length of approximately 205.6 inches.

Pricing in the US ranges from about $79,090 for the base Luxury trim to $98,190 for the Platinum trim. As tested, a mid-spec Sport trim costs around $82,215 with options such as special paint and captain’s chairs. In Australia, the VISTIQ is expected to be priced around AUD $150,000 plus on-road costs.

John Roth, Cadillac's VP, has stated that the VISTIQ is designed to cater to EV buyers in every luxury SUV segment. As Cadillac expands its EV portfolio, the VISTIQ promises a blend of high performance, cutting-edge tech, and refined craftsmanship, making it an attractive option for premium EV buyers looking for a flagship SUV replacement.
