AudioCodes Unveils AI-Powered 'Intelligent Meeting Room' for Boosted Productivity
AudioCodes has unveiled the 'Intelligent Meeting Room', a new solution aiming to boost productivity and engagement in both in-person and remote meetings. The system uses AI capabilities to enhance collaboration and ensure all participants, regardless of location, can contribute effectively.
The Intelligent Meeting Room integrates generative AI for automated meeting summarisation, allowing participants to focus on discussions rather than note-taking. It also includes advanced visual AI capabilities like face detection and multi-camera streaming to foster meeting equity.
The solution is enabled through a bot developed by AudioCodes, which can be added to meetings via the AudioCodes RX-PAD meeting controller. In October 2024, AudioCodes announced that its Meeting Insights solution now supports Zoom meetings, expanding its compatibility.
To support this concept, AudioCodes has developed several products. The RXVCam360 is a 360° panoramic video conferencing camera with AI-powered features like voice tracking and smart gallery, optimized for small to medium meeting rooms and fully integrated with Microsoft Teams Rooms. The RX15 USB Speakerphone is designed for small meeting groups to improve audio quality. Additionally, the Live Hub Voice CPaaS platform with AI Agents allows integration of LLM-powered voice bots to enhance voice-based collaboration and customer interaction. The RXV series devices are designed to deliver a seamless hybrid meeting experience and can be installed in various room sizes and setups.
AudioCodes' Intelligent Meeting Room is set to transform meetings by leveraging AI for automated summarisation and enhanced video collaboration.
