Mazatrol DX offers a range of key features to make CNC machining more accessible and efficient. One of the standout features is Conversational Programming, which enables operators to program complex parts directly at the machine in a simple, conversational manner, without needing deep CNC code knowledge.
The system also boasts a Graphical Programming Interface, providing interactive graphical screens that assist users in visualizing tool paths and part geometry clearly. The Ez Loader 30 operates with up to three pallets, enabling unmanned operation over extended periods with high flexibility in terms of components and batch size. It is designed for workpieces up to 18 kg in weight and 50 mm to 200 mm in diameter.
Mazatrol DZ allows for secure program creation on an office computer or remotely and transfer to CNC machines. Notably, Mazatrol DX can be seamlessly integrated with Mazak's latest automation solution, the Ez Loader 30.
