BCPNP Invites Five Entrepreneurs in Latest Draw

British Columbia's Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) has invited five entrepreneurs to apply for provincial nomination in its latest draw. This is the third such draw in 2025 under the Entrepreneur Base Stream, held on April 15. Candidates needed a minimum score of 115 to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

The Entrepreneur Base Stream targets qualified businesspeople seeking to establish or invest in a business in British Columbia. Successful candidates must demonstrate a minimum net worth of $600,000, a minimum investment of $200,000, relevant business or management experience, and a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 in English or French.

In this draw, the lowest score among those invited was 115. This is the third Base Stream draw of 2025 focusing on entrepreneurs for provincial immigration. The BCPNP has been actively inviting entrepreneurs to contribute to the province's economy and create jobs.

British Columbia issued ITAs to five entrepreneurs in the April 15 draw. These candidates now have the opportunity to apply for provincial nomination, a significant step towards permanent residence in Canada. The BCPNP continues to welcome entrepreneurs who can create jobs and stimulate the province's economy.
