Bolt+, a leading streaming platform, has announced a strategic partnership with OTTera, an OTT and free ad-supported TV (FAST) solutions provider. This collaboration aims to take Bolt+ to the next level, positioning it for disruptive growth in the industry.
In a statement, Bolt+ CEO, Jamal Hassim, expressed his excitement about the partnership, saying, "This partnership will enrich Bolt+'s commercial capabilities and align with Bolt+'s vision to innovate and lead in the content space."
OTTera's CEO, Stephen Hodge, praised Bolt+ for bringing an engaging service to the market. He further stated that OTTera will supercharge the Bolt+ platform with additional FAST channels across multiple languages, providing viewers with a diverse range of content.
The partnership will also focus on maximizing revenues through advanced programmatic and direct advertising. This move is expected to increase the return on advertising dollars spent on Bolt+. Viewers will be rewarded for engaging with advertising messages as part of the partnership.
OTTera's AdNet+ monetisation service will be integrated into Bolt+, bringing programmatic and direct sales advertising to the platform. The partnership will also provide an immersive social experience across TV, mobile, and web, including chat rooms on live channels.
Jamal, CEO of Bolt+, was optimistic about the future, stating, "This partnership will deliver the premier viewing experience." Over the coming months, Bolt+ is set to launch several FAST channels, covering a variety of genres from documentary to Spanish language and more, thanks to OTTera's support.
The partnership does not repeat earlier facts about the integration of AdNet+, the addition of FAST channels, or the certification of OTTera as a delivery vendor to leading global platforms.
Bolt+ CEO, Jamal Hassim, commented that the partnership will take Bolt+ to the next level. With OTTera's specialised solutions for content distribution and monetisation, Bolt+, strategically positioned for its next phase of disruptive growth.
