Indian startup Wah! Puchka Wah! Litti, known for its popular street food offerings in Kolkata, has secured USD 230,000 in funding from Sagar Daryani, co-founder of Wow! Momo, along with Abhishek Rungta, Dot & Key co-founder, and several global angel investors.
This new capital will be used to launch two proprietary technology products, aiming to revolutionize the food industry with artificial intelligence and user insights.
Currently, Wah! Puchka Wah! Litti operates 18 outlets in Kolkata, serving a variety of items such as puchkas and litti chokha. The startup has made a significant impact, serving more than 50 clients across India and the United States, reporting a steady 20 percent month-on-month growth. The company also boasts an impressive 83 percent first-month client retention rate.
Snooplay Secures Funding for AI-Powered Toy Marketplace
Meanwhile, Snooplay, an AI-driven toy marketplace based in Noida, India, has secured INR 8 crore in a pre-Series A1 funding round. The funds will be used to launch two proprietary AI-powered technology products, transforming toy discovery, purchase, and resale processes in India.
Founded in 2019 by Aanchal Mahajan and Brij Raj Singh, Snooplay's platform includes a unique Toy Intelligence Database that maps toys to developmental skills, moods, play types, and learning goals, creating a personalized and intelligent toy discovery experience. Their app also facilitates trading toys for store credits once children outgrow them, aiming to reduce clutter and promote sustainable play.
As part of its growth strategy, Snooplay plans to expand its private label offerings across modern retail, online marketplaces, and curated gifting channels, while strengthening technology, logistics, and operations. The company aims to increase its physical presence by opening 19 more outlets in Noida and targeting 100 outlets across six metro cities in India within two years. Additionally, the startup intends to grow both its footprint within India and mobile engagement through AI-driven personalizations and creative tools.

Heizen, a startup founded by Aman Arora, Abhilasha Singh, and Nijansh Verma, has secured USD 500,000 in pre-seed funding, led by Titan Capital. The startup is focused on modernizing India's IT services for the AI-driven era.
Heizen combines large language model-powered AI agents with human engineering talent to design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions. The startup plans to strengthen its presence in the US while enhancing its AI capabilities.
Another venture, Heizen, founded by Deepak Kumar in 2022, focuses on bringing India's traditional street snacks into an organised quick service restaurant format while maintaining authentic taste and hygiene. The startup has secured USD 500,000 in pre-seed funding, led by Titan Capital. Heizen aims to open 19 more outlets in the city and aims to reach 100 outlets across six metro cities within two years.
