Braunschweig Proposes Affordable Long-Term Parking Tickets for Wallring Area
Braunschweig's city administration has proposed new long-term parking tickets for the Wallring area. The plans include a 7-day ticket for €29 and a 30-day ticket for €79, which is roughly the same price as renting a permanent city center parking space.
The 30-day ticket, even with a potential 15 percent service fee for mobile ticketmaster, remains competitive. These tickets will be valid for the specified number of calendar days, including weekends and holidays. They can be purchased via mobile ticketmaster. The city district council Mitte will first discuss the proposal on 7 October and then make a final decision on 4 November.
The new long-term parking tickets aim to provide affordable parking options in the Wallring area. The council's decision in November will determine if these tickets become a reality.
