Bremen City Cleaning Introduces Over 200 New Electric Vehicles, Including Models from Eleon, eSwingo, Flux, and Volvo Electric

In a significant move towards climate neutrality, the Bremen Waste Management (DBS) has introduced four new electric vehicles to its fleet. The unveiling took place on the Bremen Market Square, marking an important step in the gradual conversion of the city's waste management and street cleaning vehicles to electric power.

The new additions to the DBS fleet, which include the Eleon, eSwingo 200+, Flux, and Volvo Electric, do not emit pollutants or greenhouse gases into the city air. This move is expected to significantly reduce the approximately 1.3 million liters of diesel consumed by the DBS fleet in 2023.
