Fanatics Launches Comprehensive Loyalty Program: Fanatics ONE
Fanatics, a global digital sports platform, has announced the launch of its enterprise-wide loyalty program, Fanatics ONE. This program aims to unify rewards across multiple sports-related businesses, providing fans with a one-stop-shop to engage and earn FanCash, a currency of sport earned across all Fanatics platforms.
Fanatics ONE: A New Era of Fan Rewards
Fanatics ONE is the company's first cross-business loyalty program, designed to reward fans for their engagement and purchases across the entire Fanatics platform. The program offers five membership tiers, each with increasing benefits as members earn FanCash and engage more frequently.
Membership Tiers and Benefits
The five membership tiers are ONEmember (entry-level), ONEmember pro, ONEgold, ONEplatinum, and ONEblack. Entry-level benefits include free shipping and returns, 5% FanCash back on all purchases through the Fanatics app, and up to 10% FanCash on all bets in Fanatics Sportsbook.
As a fan's membership increases, the rewards and benefits also increase. Higher tiers offer personalized athlete and celebrity memorabilia, VIP events, custom fan experiences with Fanatics athletes, and invites to Signature Events like Fanatics Fest and the company's invite-only Super Bowl party.
Expanded Ways to Redeem FanCash
With more engagement comes the second key component of this launch. Fanatics ONE has expanded ways to redeem FanCash based on fan feedback. FanCash can now be redeemed for a wide catalog of rewards including fan apparel, exclusive shopping experiences, trading cards, bonus bets, and casino credits.
Available for U.S. Fans
Eligible U.S. customers with existing Fanatics accounts were automatically enrolled during a migration completed in summer 2025, and the program currently operates fee-free. The company plans on expanding the program globally.

Fanatics ONE is positioned as a comprehensive loyalty ecosystem that connects Fanatics’ varied offerings under one program, enhancing fan engagement by providing unique cross-business rewards, personalized experiences, and an expanded set of redemption options centered on sports fandom. The strength of Fanatics' platform, which includes more than 900 global partners, access to thousands of athletes and celebrity fans, innovative trading card products, a fast-growing Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino, and more, is reflected in Fanatics ONE.

The program is now available for all fans located in the United States, with plans to expand globally.
