Artur Tretjakevic, Head of Business Development & Marketing at 18Peaches, has a career spanning 20 years and 10 years in the iGaming industry. His journey, marked by resilience and adaptability, is a testament to his determination and versatility.
Tretjakevic's career has been shaped by various challenges, including the 2008 financial crisis and the need to adapt to different roles and industries. Despite being laid off four times due to external circumstances like financial or company crises, Tretjakevic remains undeterred. His professional mindset is influenced by his wife, who is also a sales professional.
Tretjakevic's first role in the iGaming sector was as a Project Manager/Scrum Master at BetGames. His responsibilities expanded to include product analysis, photoshoots, design, footage recording, C-level reporting, events, and marketing. This diverse role provided a solid foundation for his subsequent career in the industry.
Before joining BetGames, Tretjakevic started out as an expeditor delivering printer toners, moved into sales, and then IT project management. His experience working at Aviatrix and ZingBrain AI, where he focused on brand awareness for two fast-growing, young companies, further honed his skills in marketing and business development.
At 18Peaches, the sales team operates as a single unit, with each member covering different aspects of the sales process. Tretjakevic's leadership style emphasizes team unity and every member of the team taking a leadership role. This approach is evident in the team's use of dedicated group chats for events to keep the energy high and foster camaraderie among the team.
As Tretjakevic prepares for the SBC Summit Lisbon, he encourages the iGaming community to keep pushing through challenges. He looks forward to meeting colleagues at Stand C10 and sharing insights from his extensive career.
In his free time, Tretjakevic enjoys dance, photography, and singing. This year, he and his wife are celebrating 20 years together and 18 years of marriage. To mark this milestone, they are returning to the stage for a special performance after 20 years away.
