DruAI Agents are capable of interpreting user intent, analyzing data, and taking suitable actions. Over the past year, they have directly resolved 63% of customer issues, showcasing their efficiency. Furthermore, for cases necessitating human intervention, DruAI has decreased resolution time by 58%.

Druva aspires to further enhance DruAI's capabilities. The company strives to reduce the average time-to-resolution for cyber investigations by 70% and enable 90% of routine data protection tasks through natural language interactions. Use cases for these agents span from restoring applications with a single command to understanding risk and anomalies instantaneously, and even exploring AI in a controlled environment.
