Before his latest role at Disney, LaBerge held the position of Executive Vice President and CTO at ESPN. During his tenure, he significantly influenced the growth of ESPN's consumer-facing digital media products and helmed many of the firm's most ambitious projects. He also co-founded Fantzer, a consumer software development company, serving as the CEO between 2007 and 2012.
