Financial institution VTB makes its "SVOi" card accessible to veterans of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Prosecutor's Office.

The SVOi card, a unique combination of a veteran's ID and bank card, is now accessible throughout Russia. Issued by VTB Bank (Public Joint-Stock Company), holder of General License of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No 1000, this card offers a range of benefits to its users.

Financial Advantages and Discounts

The SVOi card allows its holders to perform banking operations such as paying for goods and services, withdrawing cash without fees, and receiving salaries or military pensions. Moreover, cardholders can benefit from increased interest rates on savings accounts and deposits.

Telemedicine Services

One of the standout features of the SVOi card is the Telemedicine Plus service. This service is not limited to cardholders alone but extends to their family members as well. Veterans can access medical consultations remotely through the platform associated with this card, making healthcare more accessible, particularly for those living in remote areas or with mobility limitations.

The SVOi card also provides round-the-clock online consultations with doctors, psychological, and legal assistance. LLC "European Legal Service" offers online consultations on legal and/or financial issues to veterans, and the "Sogaz" insurance company provides online medical consultations.

Expanded Access

The expansion of access to the SVOi card was announced by VTB's press service. Veterans from various departments, including the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, the General Prosecutor's Office, and the Main Military Prosecutor's Office, can now obtain the card.

How to Obtain the SVOi Card

To obtain the card, veterans typically need to register through the app or an affiliated website, verify their status as military action veterans, and then activate the card functions to begin using the benefits.
