Gigabyte Unveils 27-inch WQHD WOLED Monitor for Stunning Visuals
Gigabyte has launched the MO27Q28G, one of the first 27-inch WQHD monitors to feature LG's 4th generation WOLED panel. This high-end display offers stunning visuals and advanced connectivity options.
The MO27Q28G boasts a peak brightness of up to 1,500 cd/m2 for small image sections, ensuring vibrant and detailed visuals. It achieves DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, providing a wide range of colours and deep blacks. The monitor supports a refresh rate of up to 280 Hz, delivering smooth motion handling for gaming and fast-paced content.
LG's 4th generation WOLED panel, used in this monitor, features a RGWB subpixel layout. This layout enhances text representation and offers improved performance characteristics. The panel covers 99.5% DCI-P3 and 84.5% Rec 2020 color gamut with a 10-bit colour depth, providing accurate and lifelike colours.
The MO27Q28G comes with a variety of ports for connectivity, including two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4, and a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery. It also includes two USB-C, two USB-A ports, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and two 5-watt speakers. The monitor's stand offers height adjustment, tilt, pivot, and horizontal rotation, and is only 2 mm high.
The Gigabyte MO27Q28G is now available for 519 Euros from retailers like Alternate and Galaxus. With its advanced WOLED panel, high refresh rate, and extensive connectivity options, this monitor is a strong contender for those seeking a premium display experience.
