HaystackID has unveiled VALID, a suite of tools designed to verify and authenticate digital media, including deepfakes and AI-generated content. The company also introduced data migration services to help clients transition legacy data to RelativityOne, a cloud-based e-discovery platform.
VALID combines advanced analytics, forensic workflows, and reporting to validate images, video, and audio for use in court cases. This suite of tools aims to assist legal teams in identifying and authenticating digital media, including deepfakes and AI-generated content. John Wilson, chief information security officer and president of forensics at HaystackID, explained that a deepfake inquiry involves a comprehensive evidentiary examination.
Additionally, HaystackID has expanded its services to include integration for Relativity aiR, a generative AI platform for document review.
