Huawei Launches 'R.I.S.E' for Intelligent Public Service Delivery

Huawei has launched a new era of 'intelligent collaboration' in public service delivery with the release of its 'R.I.S.E' National Government Cloud reference architecture. The architecture, unveiled at the 2025 Global Public Sector Cloud & AI Summit, aims to accelerate nations' intelligent transformation.

The 'R.I.S.E' architecture consists of four key solutions: Resilient & Reliable Infrastructure, Secure & Sovereign, Innovative & AI Ready, and Enriched Ecosystem. It has already been adopted by China, Singapur, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with over 100 ecosystem partners supporting its rollout. Huawei's cloud and AI capabilities form the backbone of this transformation, offering multiple deployment models to address national digital self-reliant security challenges.

At the heart of the architecture are government-specific intelligent agents and digital IDs, providing a robust digital public platform layer. The architecture also builds three effectiveness platforms for applications, data, and AI, ensuring high-quality data supply and use. Huawei continues to invest in innovation to deliver comprehensive solutions for public service transformation.
