IAQX 1.1: Advanced Tool for Indoor Air Quality Simulation

IAQX 1.1, a comprehensive indoor air quality (IAQ) simulation software package, is designed for advanced users experienced in exposure estimation, pollution control, risk assessment, and management. It's compatible with Windows XP, 7, and 8.

IAQX consists of a general-purpose simulation program and four special-purpose programs for specific pollutant models. It aids in analyzing the impact of pollutant sources and sinks, ventilation, and air cleaners on indoor air quality.

The technical contact for IAQX is Xiaoyu Liu, reachable via email and phone. A user guide in PDF format is available for assistance. The current version requires downloading installation files and accessing the User's Guide from the Windows Start menu.

IAQX can estimate adequate ventilation rates based on user-provided air quality criteria. It's been published in 'Simulation Tool Kit for Indoor Air Quality and Inhalation Exposure' by Guo et al.

IAQX 1.1 is a robust tool for advanced users to simulate and analyze indoor air quality. It's compatible with older Windows versions and offers a user guide for support. Contact Xiaoyu Liu for technical assistance.
