IT Service Professional in Troubleshooting and Maintenance Role

In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to work with flexibility and report to the Head of Engineering or Support Manager.
As a WordPress Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving technical support tickets involving WordPress websites. This role requires a detail-oriented and solution-driven individual who can tackle a variety of challenges, including site outages, critical errors, white screens of death, and issues related to themes, plugins, database errors, and site performance.
