IVECO Unveils Three New Electric & CNG Buses at Busworld Europe
IVECO Bus has unveiled three new electric and CNG-powered vehicles at Busworld Europe. The lineup includes the eDaily Low Entry Elec Minibus, the G-WAY Midibus, and the Intercity Crossway Elec. These models showcase the company's commitment to sustainable transportation and its recent acquisition by Tata Motors.
The eDaily Low Entry Elec Minibus is a 7.6-meter long, 27-passenger electric minibus. It offers two battery options, 111kWh or 148kWh, providing a range of over 270km. This vehicle is perfect for urban and suburban routes.
IVECO also introduced the G-WAY CNG Midibus, a 9.5-meter long, 16-passenger biomethane-compatible midibus. Powered by a Tector 7 7 CNG EURO VI engine, it features a wheelchair space and meets Euro VI emission standards. The manufacturer, Iveco Bus, has been acquired by Tata Motors, aiming for net zero operations by 2040.
The Intercity Crossway Elec is a 13-meter long, 50-passenger electric bus. It boasts a 416kWh battery pack and supports CCS Combo 2 charging. This model is ideal for intercity and long-distance travel.
IVECO's new vehicles, revealed at Busworld Europe, demonstrate the company's dedication to sustainable transportation.
