Lian Li's Hydroshift II LCD-C AIO cooler unveils a rotatable dial for Software-Free Display and RGB regulation.
Breaking News: Lian Li Unveils Revamped Hydroshift LCD-C, a Stylish 360mm AIO Liquid Cooler
Get ready, PC enthusiasts! Lian Li has unveiled its enhanced Hydroshift II LCD-C, a sophisicated cooling solution with a slick new look and improved performance. After showcasing it at Computex 2025, we're here to give you the lowdown.
This revamped liquid cooler boasts a thinner radiator for a more compact appearance and better compatibility with smaller cases, although remember that a slimmer radiator may impact cooling power. An updated side-mounted tube design features flexible server-grade corrugated tubing, designed to bend smoothly around the radiator without reducing flow or diameter, and a new sliding tube clamp for improved alignment over the CPU block.
The tubes can be secured using various mounting points on the radiator or using screw mounting holes at the top, allowing for flexible installation directly onto 140mm fan brackets. The pump block is now cable-free, as all connections have been moved to the radiator, and there's a new latch-in-place mounting mechanism to make installation easier by holding the block securely during screwing.
Don't forget about the cool pump block's round, 2.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x480, a 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 500 nits of brightness, along with an outer RGB ring. The LCD can be controlled using three methods: an offline mode, turning the RGB pump cap for screen designs, or switching its lighting effects.
There's also a Wireless Mode, using a 2.4GHz connection to pair with Lian Li's L-Wireless Sync controller, which needs to be plugged into your motherboard's USB header or rear port. This allows you to control the screen and lighting without requiring a USB connection from the AIO to the motherboard. Additionally, USB Streaming Mode lets you upload images, GIFs, videos, use templates, or even use the cooler's display as a second screen.
The AIO supports both AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets, as well as Intel LGA 1700 and LGA 1851. Lian Li will offer the cooler in black or white, with either UNI Fan TL Wireless ($240), UNI Fan CL Wireless ($180), or a fan-less version at $160. That last option is quite intriguing, as it allows customers who already have fans to save some cash. The new Hydroshift II LCD-C series is available for pre-order starting today, complete with a six-year warranty.
