ManageEngine Revamps ServiceDesk Plus with New AI Capabilities
ManageEngine has revamped its ServiceDesk Plus platform, introducing new AI capabilities and enhancements. The updates include integration with popular AI providers like OpenAI's ChatGPT and Microsoft Azure OpenAI, as well as improvements to the existing virtual agent, Zia.
Key among the updates is the integration of OpenAI ChatGPT and Microsoft Azure OpenAI as public AI providers. These can be used as alternatives to Zia LLM, offering customers more choice in their AI solutions. Other GenAI enhancements include the ability to generate resolutions from ticket conversations, create checklists, and recommend solutions for ticket creation or editing.
The AI strategy for ServiceDesk Plus allows customers to choose their preferred AI providers for various AI capabilities. This includes the option to use Zia LLM without additional pay-per-usage costs. The cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus offers a unified service management platform, transforming service experiences and boosting productivity.
ManageEngine's updates to ServiceDesk Plus demonstrate a commitment to providing customers with flexible and cost-effective AI solutions. By integrating popular AI providers and enhancing its own virtual agent, Zia, the platform aims to optimize costs while leveraging the best AI models for different functionalities.
