NTT DATA & AWS Team Up for AI-Powered Contact Center Solutions

NTT DATA has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver AI-powered contact center solutions. The collaboration will see NTT DATA lead global delivery and implementation of these solutions, tailored to client needs. The platform will integrate Amazon Connect's AI features into NTT DATA's Managed Customer Experience (MCX) platform.

The partnership aims to accelerate the global adoption of AI-based customer experience solutions. NTT DATA will offer a modular platform, MCX for Connect, designed to transform customer experiences across various industries. These include financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and retail, which often have complex customer lifecycles.

The platform will deliver solutions ranging from voice and digital channels to reporting and analytics. It will also include AI-enabled services and seamless integrations with existing business applications. NTT DATA will also handle hosting, security, and ongoing managed services for these solutions.

NTT DATA's collaboration with AWS will support the adoption of cloud-based contact center solutions across its global enterprise client base. By integrating Amazon Connect's AI features into its MCX platform, NTT DATA will enable more personalized and efficient customer interactions.
