Pace Life Sciences, a leading provider of professional services for in-house manufacturing and lab operations, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for a remote Commercial Operations Sales Analytics position. This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and an attractive benefits package.

In this high-visibility position, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing commercial performance metrics, creating standardized business dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support the Commercial Team and leadership. Key responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like bookings, revenue growth, and customer acquisition, improving revenue forecasting, assisting sales in goal setting and territory planning, and acting as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to align initiatives and share critical insights. Your proactive approach and strong data analysis skills will help optimize sales performance and commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce software for data extraction and analysis. While not mandatory, the Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred for the role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar field is required, and experience in the B2B pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
