Romanian Startup Genezio Launches Pioneering Conversational AI Optimization Platform
Romanian AI startup Genezio has launched a pioneering platform at the How to Web conference. The Conversational AI Gemini tool aims to measure and enhance the entire user journey within generative AI systems. Co-founder and CEO Andrei Pitiș highlighted the importance of measurement for optimization, a key principle driving the platform's development.
Genezio's platform offers a suite of features to help businesses understand and improve their generative AI interactions. Independent evaluators, real-time analysis, proactive dialogue simulations, and live dashboards enable companies to gain insights into how AI agents and human support perceive and describe their brands. Currently, the platform is available to a select number of clients, with access expanding based on a waiting list.
The startup has received significant backing from investors. In 2024, Genezio raised a USD 2 million pre-seed round led by GapMinder Ventures, with Underline Ventures participating. Later that year, Balderton Capital led a multimillion-dollar seed financing round, demonstrating confidence in Genezio's potential. The company is led by a talented team including Andrei Pitiș, Bogdan Rîpă, Bogdan Vlad, and Paula Cionca.
Genezio's launch of the Conversational AI Gemini platform signals a new era in AI interaction analysis. With backing from prominent investors and a strong leadership team, the Romanian startup is poised to help businesses better understand and optimize their generative AI systems. As AI adoption continues to grow, Genezio's platform is set to play a crucial role in shaping the future of conversational AI.
