Samsung Galaxy S25 FE potential design outlook indicates a close resemblance to previous models of budget Android smartphones
Samsung is set to release its latest addition to the Galaxy S series, the Galaxy S25 FE, according to recent leaks. The device is expected to hit the market imminently, possibly in early September.
Design and Colour Options
The design of the Galaxy S25 FE, as per the latest leak from WinFuture, will feature three cameras on the back, narrow bezels, and will come in Jet Black or Icy Blue colours. The design is expected to be similar to the Galaxy S24 FE, with a flat frame and a slight thickening of the lower bezel.
Battery and Charging
One of the notable improvements in the Galaxy S25 FE is the battery capacity. The device is expected to have a bump compared to its predecessor, with a capacity of 4900mAh, an increase from 4700mAh in the Galaxy S24 FE. Additionally, the charging rate has been bumped up to 45W, an increase over the 25W of the previous model.
Processor, RAM, and Storage
The Galaxy S25 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2400e, the same chipset found in the Galaxy S24 FE. It is rumoured that the device might feature the higher-tier Exynos 2400, but this remains uncertain. The device will come with 8GB RAM and storage options of 128GB and 256GB.
Camera Setup
The camera setup on the Galaxy S25 FE remains unchanged, with a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 8MP 3x optical telephoto cameras.
Price
The price of the Galaxy S25 FE is expected to remain the same, at £649 / $649, although it has been reported that it will be €679 in Europe.
Comparison with Galaxy S24 FE
While the Galaxy S25 FE appears to be an incremental update over the S24 FE, it is expected to have potential gains in battery capacity, charging speed, and glass durability.
