Samsung Offers Exclusive Deal to Galaxy S25 Purchasers

Don't fret if you missed out on Samsung's early bird deals for the Galaxy S25, as the company has officially dropped the device with enticing discounts!
In typical Samsung fashion, promotions galore await for their newest flagship piece, including boosted trade-in prices, discounted accessories, and even double the storage. And that's not all! They're tossing in an extra incentive with their bundle discount: a 5% voucher code, aptly labeled "S25APP."
This code, unlocked through an email sent to users, is a revamped twist on the classic "APP5" discount offered to first-time buyers. The catch is, even past shoppers on the Samsung Shop app can use it (although it can't be paired with the APP5 code). I personally validated this code on the UK version of the app.
Remember, the discount only applies to the Galaxy S25 series – additional devices purchased won't be eligible for the discount.
Samsung boosts trade-in prices
Samsung's offering a larger store credit for S25 Ultra purchases, capped at a cool $100 depending on storage choices. Not to be outdone, accessories have received the discount treatment, too:
- Galaxy Buds 3 Pro drop down to $59.99 (originally $249.99)
- Galaxy Watch Ultra slashes to $290.99 (been $659.99)
- Galaxy Ring makes its way down to $239.99 (formerly $399.99)
Additionally, Samsung Care Plus gets a 15% price decrease. The real savings, however, are for folks trading in an old device. Samsung's trade-in valuations have improved (in some cases) for its recent sale, so hang on to those used gadgets, especially if you're eying a foldable device for the year.
The good, the bad, and the trade-ins
Apple iPhone 13 pro goes up to $340 (down from $300), Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max improves to $180 (previously $200), and the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra stays at $500. But look out for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra – a not-so-subtle hint from Samsung to upgrade, as the 2020 Note is likely nearing the end of its software updates in 2022.
Update on February 9th: Amazon, always eager to outdo the competition, has slashed the Galaxy S25 Ultra by an impressive 8%, bringing the cost down to $1,299.99. The same price point as Samsung's offer, but with an extra $100 store credit, depending on the storage model chosen.
For our American friends, Amazon has served up an additional $80 coupon code (US variant: I7JV76JR32T5) for the US Amazon site. Sadly, no discounts for accessories – but if you're in the UK, you'll find the same deals as Samsung offers, especially for its wearables. The UK site offers £100 Samsung credit for all Galaxy S25 Ultra purchases.
Regrettably, neither the US nor the UK Amazon pages appear to include any trade-in deals – a loss, considering Amazon's historically poor trade-ins.
