SKALA Names 2023 Cohort: SMEs Pack & X3labs Get $50K Each
SKALA, Indonesia's premier pre-seed accelerator program, has announced its 2023 cohort. Two promising startups, SMEs Pack and X3labs, have been selected to receive USD 50,000 each in equity funding. The program, facilitated by Innovation Factory and organized with AC Ventures, supports early-stage digital ventures and offers mentorship, networking, and perks from tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services over three months.
SKALA, which concluded its latest application window in March 2023, received over 400 team applications. The program is sector-agnostic but shows interest in health tech, agritech, food tech, logistics, blockchain, content creation, energy, environment, and social governance solutions. Both selected startups operate in distinct spaces.
SMEs Pack, founded in 2018, tackles supply chain and distribution challenges for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Meanwhile, X3labs, established in 2019, specializes in managing and generating yields from crypto assets through a digital asset management platform and hardware solutions. Each startup will benefit from SKALA's mentorship, networking opportunities, and partner perks to boost their growth.
The SKALA accelerator program, with its USD 50,000 equity funding and comprehensive support, aims to nurture Indonesia's digital industry. SMEs Pack and X3labs, the selected startups for 2023, will now have the chance to secure additional funding at the program's demo day event, further fueling their growth and innovation.
