SynthEyes 2024.5 Update Boosts Productivity in Flame and Other Applications

==============================================================================

SynthEyes 2024.5, the latest version of the popular 3D camera tracking software, has been released, introducing several significant improvements to its Flame integration.

The revamped Flame Exporter in SynthEyes 2024.5 streamlines the process of transferring 3D tracking data to Flame 2025+. With native support for the latest versions of Flame, artists can now expect a seamless compatibility without the need for intermediate conversions or tweaks.

The updated exporter preserves more detailed tracking and camera data, such as lens distortion parameters, camera attributes, and point caches. This allows Flame to reconstruct the 3D scene with higher accuracy.

Simplified workflow is another key aspect of the improved Flame Exporter. With user-friendly presets and an intuitive interface tailored for Flame exports, artists can transfer their tracked data in fewer steps, minimizing errors and speeding up the handoff process.

Enhanced metadata handling ensures that all relevant tracking information and scene context flow correctly into Flame, leading to a more reliable and robust 3D tracking environment.

Moreover, SynthEyes 2024.5 supports batch export of multiple shots or camera solves, which helps in setups involving several tracked sequences, enabling integration into automated or pipeline-driven workflows easily.

Focal length metadata support has been added to SynthEyes 2024.5, and updates to the Silhouette exporter are also included. The new version offers export options to applications like 3d Max, After Effects, Blender, Flame, Fusion/Resolve, Houdini, Lightwave, Maya, and Nuke.

New camera model support includes Blackmagic Design, RED, and ARRI, including URSA Cine12K LF and RED V-Raptor X. Additionally, the number of trackers can now be limited in SynthEyes 2024.5.

For a deeper insight into the new Flame integrations in SynthEyes 2024.5, Jeff Kyle, a renowned expert in the field, demonstrates the ease of using the overhauled Flame Exporter in a video on Logik TV's YouTube. In his video, he showcases the simplicity of transferring 3D tracking data back and forth with the updated exporter.

SynthEyes 2024.5 is now available. For those who wish to try the software, a free trial is offered on the SynthEyes website.

Technology advancements are evident in the latest release of SynthEyes 2024.5, with data-and-cloud-computing features like batched export of multiple shots and support for various applications including Flame, enhancing the workflow for artists. The improved Flame Exporter, a key technology component, offers a seamless integration with Flame 2025+ by preserving detailed tracking and camera data, ensuring a reliable and robust 3D tracking environment.
