T-Bank's Mobile App Down for 24 Hours, Over 900 Customers Affected
T-Bank's mobile app has faced a significant outage over the past 24 hours, with over 900 customers reporting issues. The problems have primarily affected iOS users, with Android users also experiencing difficulties.
The outage, which began yesterday, has left customers unable to access their accounts, view balances, or use online banking services. Complaints have poured in from various regions, with Sakhalin leading at 19%, followed by Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug at 8%, Novgorod region at 7%, Tyumen region at 5%, and Tambov region at 4%.
T-Bank has not yet issued an official statement regarding the cause of the malfunction or when services are expected to resume. Customers have reported issues such as complete app failure, inability to view balances, online banking unavailability, and interface freezing during authorization.
With over 900 complaints received in the last 24 hours, T-Bank customers are eagerly awaiting an update from the bank. The lack of official comment on the cause and expected resolution time has left customers in the dark about when they can access their us bank accounts again.
