Titanium flagship in-ear monitors introduced by Noble, rooted in a decade of groundbreaking advancements
New Flagship In-Ear Monitors from Noble Audio: The Kronos IEMs
Noble Audio has unveiled its latest masterpiece, the Kronos In-Ear Monitors (IEMs). These high-end audio devices are Noble's most complete offering to date, combining technical excellence, premium materials, and a lightweight, ergonomic design for comfort during long listening sessions.
The Kronos IEMs are equipped with a sophisticated nine-driver hybrid system, arranged across a six-way crossover for exceptional sound quality. The driver configuration includes two dynamic drivers (10mm for sub-bass and 7mm for bass), a dual-membrane bone conductor driver for tactile depth and resonance, four Knowles balanced armature drivers covering mid and high frequencies, and two Sonion electrostatic drivers for ultra-high frequencies.
The materials used for the shells are premium CNC-machined titanium made in the USA, with signature titanium Damascus faceplates exhibiting a unique patterned aesthetic visible under certain lighting. This build not only enhances the premium feel and durability but also sets the Kronos IEMs apart from most high-end IEMs, which often use aluminum or resin.
In terms of electrical specifications, the Kronos IEMs have an impressively low impedance of less than 35 ohms, making them easy to drive even from smartphones without requiring a dedicated amplifier. They also boast a high sensitivity of 102 dB at 1 kHz, 1mW.
The accessories and connectivity include a bespoke hybrid cable constructed from palladium-plated 4N pure silver and 6N OCC silver, balanced 4.4mm plugs with a titanium bridge, standardized 0.78mm 2-pin connectors for cable interchangeability, stainless steel wax guards to ensure durability and longevity of the drivers, a premium carrying case, and a complete luxury accessories suite.
The Kronos IEMs are ergonomic, lightweight, and acoustically inert, making them ideal for extended listening sessions. Each IEM is hand-assembled and individually matched by Noble's in-house team for performance and consistency.
The Kronos IEMs were originally part of a limited-edition 10th anniversary model but are now in full production. They will be available for purchase from the 8th of August 2025. The price of the Noble Audio Kronos is $4,500 / £4,100 / €4,750.
For audiophiles and collectors seeking a high-end, versatile, and premium IEM system, the Noble Kronos is an excellent choice. Its advanced hybrid driver technology, low impedance, and luxurious accessories make it a standout in the market.
