Toyota Unveils Optio L-Serie: Boosting Warehouse Efficiency and Ergonomics

Toyota Material Handling has launched the new Optio L-Serie, a revamped line of low-lift order pickers. The series aims to boost efficiency and ergonomics, with a focus on improved serviceability to cut maintenance times and costs.

The Optio L-Serie offers six variants, designed for loads up to 2.5 tons, ideal for high-turnover central warehouses. A key feature is the increased platform lift height, reaching 1,195 millimeters for order picking up to 2.8 meters.

Safety is enhanced with automatic speed and driving behavior adjustments. The wide entrance and standard knee protection ensure operator comfort. Optional extras include side hand control buttons and additional storage space.

The L-Serie consumes up to ten percent less energy than its predecessor, thanks to a lower self-weight. The platform boasts improved damping to reduce vibrations and a larger standing area. It's available with various battery solutions, including lead-acid and lithium-ion, to suit different needs.

The Optio L-Serie, with its focus on efficiency, ergonomics, and safety, is set to enhance order picking processes in demanding warehouse environments. Its energy-saving features and versatile battery options make it a practical choice for various operations.
