Embraced uncertainties? Good job. Now, it's time to build a dental software company. No background in software or dentistry, but spotted a potential for growth. It wasn't easy, but seeing room for improvement fired me up.

In construction, every detail is laid out. Gauged the screws and nails to the millimeter. In the SaaS industry, however, we embrace chaos. Sometimes, you're sailing without a clear route map. Learn to make decisions with limited information, be it (sometimes hesitantly) embracing change, or being ruthless about team member decisions when goals and visions collide.
My one tip? Embrace the chaos and keep moving forward. And remember, as a leader, you can't always have all the answers. Be humble, curious, and open to new ideas.

Authenticity was a game-changer in my entrepreneurial journey. Honesty, transparency, and trust are key. When I started my dental software gig, I was honest about not knowing everything and embraced learning as a team. It resonated with my team and built a strong, dedicated group of individuals.
