Advania UK, a leading player in the UK IT services market, has significantly expanded its workforce and service offerings, following a series of strategic acquisitions. The key acquisitions that have contributed to Advania UK's growth include CCS Media, Servium, and The AI Framework.

The acquisition of CCS Media, a major deal worth over £273 million, has enhanced Advania UK's capabilities in infrastructure, cloud transformation, AI, and managed services. This deal not only strengthened Advania's position in the UK IT services market but also introduced new relationships with HPE, Lenovo, and Logitech for Advania UK. Moreover, it strengthened partnerships with major hardware vendors, including Dell and Cisco.

Servium, another strategic acquisition, was made for its expertise in IT procurement optimization and asset management. This acquisition has enabled Advania UK to access fresh business opportunities and broaden its service offering.

The AI Framework, a recent and strategically important acquisition, focuses on AI transformation consultancy. This acquisition has bolstered Advania’s AI capabilities by adding AI consulting services, compliance support, an AI Academy for upskilling, and subscription-based AI options. It is a key part of Advania’s vision to become a leading AI services provider across the UK and Northern Europe.

These acquisitions have helped Advania UK increase its revenue run rate to over £450 million and quadruple its client base to 9,500. Advania UK now employs over 1,500 people across more than 20 locations in the UK. The self-reported average time savings for Advania UK employees using Microsoft Copilot is around 30-40 minutes per day, demonstrating the efficiency gains from these acquisitions.

Chris O'Brien, the Products and Services Director at Advania, commented, "These acquisitions are a testament to our commitment to providing the best IT services and AI solutions to our clients. We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to grow and expand our service offerings."

Advania, backed by funds managed by Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, operates across the UK, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland, and Denmark. Last year, Advania UK achieved a record turnover of over £450 million, marking a 3.3 times increase from the previous year's reported turnover for Advania UK. With these acquisitions, Advania UK is well-positioned to continue its growth and success in the UK and beyond.

The acquisition of CCS Media, boosting Advania UK's capabilities in technology areas such as infrastructure, cloud transformation, AI, and managed services, has also established new business relationships with HPE, Lenovo, and Logitech, in addition to strengthening partnerships with major hardware vendors like Dell and Cisco.

With the acquisition of Servium, Advania UK has gained expertise in IT procurement optimization and asset management, expanding its service offerings and opening up new business opportunities.

The AI Framework, a focus on AI transformation consultancy, has furthered Advania UK's technology capabilities by adding AI consulting services, compliance support, an AI Academy for upskilling, and subscription-based AI options, playing a significant role in Advania UK's vision to become a leading AI services provider across the UK and Northern Europe.
