In a recent update, Tesla has made significant changes to its Supercharger network in Canada. The changes include closures, openings, and expansions across various provinces.

Four Supercharger locations have been removed from the map: Prince Rupert and Nanaimo in British Columbia, and Louvicourt and Mont-Tremblant in Quebec. Simultaneously, Tesla opened new Supercharger stations in various locations to offset these closures.

The new Supercharger locations in Quebec are Laval, Brossard, and La Malbaie. In Alberta, Tesla has added two new stations - one in St. Albert and another in Red Deer County. Ontario now boasts a new Supercharger location in Etobicoke.

The western Canadian region also sees additions with a new Supercharger location in Tofino, British Columbia, which opened by mid-May 2025.

These changes are part of Tesla's ongoing adjustments to its Canadian Supercharger network. The CrossIron Mills Supercharger station in Calgary, Alberta, was permanently closed due to a lease disagreement over revenue-sharing terms with the property management. However, Tesla opened a new 12-stall V4 Supercharger station located on Aviation Road NE near Calgary International Airport, providing faster 325 kW charging and effectively replacing the closed site.

Tesla has added a total of 13 new Supercharger locations to its map in Canada. These new locations are in development in five provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Ottawa. A new Supercharger location in Delta, BC, at the Ladner Trunk overpass on Hwy 99, is currently under construction.

To further incentivise purchases, Tesla's referral link offers three months of Full Self-Driving (FSD) for those buying a Tesla. Additionally, Tesla recently launched an unlimited lifetime Supercharging promotion on new Model 3 inventory vehicles in Canada, increasing demand and emphasizing infrastructure upgrades across the country.

The Supercharger map can be viewed on Tesla's website or in the comments below. These updates reflect Tesla's commitment to expanding and improving its Supercharger network in Canada.
