Users are experiencing difficulties such as messages not sending, server interference, and the app crashing. The outage is not limited to India, with reports coming from the UK, Italy, and Turkey. Meta Platforms Inc., the company that owns and operates WhatsApp, is responsible for maintaining and managing the service. They are actively working to restore the app as soon as possible.
